What We Will Do Together:

Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery for wrong or expired products. For damaged/missing items, report within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2: Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3: Upon approval, our courier partner will pick up the products.

Step 4: If reverse pick-up isn't available, self-ship via a reliable courier. We'll reimburse courier charges.

Step 5: After receiving your product, we'll verify and initiate replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?

  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Under what conditions will return/replacement requests not be accepted?

  • Opened/used/altered products.
  • Original packaging missing.
  • Request generated after 7 days from delivery.
  • Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from delivery.

How are returns processed? Once you request a return, a pick-up is organized within 5-7 business days. After quality control, a refund is initiated.
